Just d’Loison wins Trophee Vert 1st Leg

Just  d’Loison(7g Quaro-Punaise) took the Prix  de  la  Ville d’Ecommoy (Trophee  Vert 1st Leg,  purse 50,000€, 2750 meters,  18 starters ages 6-11) at Ecommoy  for  his 12th  career victory in 31  starts.

Off at  7/10 odds the favorite overcame a 25 meter handicap to advance  his career bankroll  to 288,570€. Theo Duvaldestin teamed the JCB  Leclerc owned trotteur that Thierry Duvaldestin trains. Thierry recorded his 4,017th career training win in 17,063 starts, one more training win than Jean Michel Bazire.

Thierry D also has 1,752 driving wins in 7,033 starts. Race time  was 1.15.8kr on the fast turf. Finishing second  was 40/1 odds and 25 meter handicapped Hector de Bassiere (9g Quaro) with Matthieu Abrivard up for P.L.  Desqunette and  Ecurie Letouze.

Third  was  4.5/1 Kaiser (6g Doberman) with trainer Franck Nivard driving for Ecurie des Charmes. Hidalgo des Noes (9g Opium) and  Hold Up Dream (9m Offshore Dream) completed the top five.

Earlier on the card Liberty Josselyn (5f Face Time Bourbon-Fistful Money) took the Prix du Credit Agricole d’Ecommoy (purse  18,500€, 2750 meters distance handicap, 13 five year old starters) for driver Louis Baudouin, trainer J.M. Baudouin  and owner Ecurie du Haras d’Erable.

This was her fourth career victory for 56,940€ earned. She was bred by legendary Yvan Bernard. She defeated the five year old mares La Trinite Nemo and Lady Ever.
