Howmac Exclusive looking to continue strong form

SUMMERSIDE, PE – Howmac Exclusive will look to continue his strong form when he faces the top-class Tuesday evening at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway.
The Prince County oval has a 12-dash presentation starting at 6 P.M., with the $4,650 featured pace lining up in race 11.
Howmac Exclusive has been installed as the 5-2 morning line favourite from post 6 with Corey MacPherson handling the lines for trainer Les Waite who co-owns with Leith Waite and Jim Gorman. The five-year-old son of Source Of Pride has two wins and two seconds from his last five starts including a win in 1:55.4 on June 24 in Summerside.
Sauble Attack is the second choice from post 3 with Ken Murphy driving for trainer Darla MacEachern and owners Paul Biggar of Tyne Valley and Donald Callbeck of Summerside. The eight-year-old son of Bettors Delight is a 28-time winner in his career.
Almost Amos leaves from post 2 with Jason Hughes in the seat for trainer MacEachern while Malignity has post 5 for trainer-driver Paul Langille. Also in the field are Lady Devine (To be driven by David Dowling) from post 1 for trainer Jennifer Doyle, Melody Maker (Ryan Desroche) from the Greg MacInnis barn with post 4 and PL Quicksand (Brady Sweet) completing the field with post 7 for conditioner Bill Companion.
The Backstretch Beat likes Howmac Exclusive on top.
“Howmac Exclusive has been razor sharp for Team Waite and already owns three victories this season. Sauble Attack is sure to make things interesting with the inside draw but Howmac Exclusive has enough early speed to find a good position from post 6 and looks like the one they will all have to beat at the wire.”
The Bernie and Ron MacArthur Memorial lines up in race 5 for a $2,750 purse.
Marc It Up leaves from the rail with Jaycob Sweet driving from his own barn for owners Jeff Lilley, Blair MacLauchlan and Marc Gallant. The four-year-old Sunshine Beach gelding finished second in his latest start and has hit the board nine times this season.
Silver Jake leaves from post 6 with Jason Hughes driving for trainer Devon Wallace while J J Patrick has post 2 for driver Brady Sweet and trainer Rick Armstrong. Brookdale Thomas will start from post 7 as a top contender with Paul Langille driving for trainer Phil Sizer.
