By Harnesslink ·

Warrawee Xenia (Walner) kept the ball rolling with a fourth consecutive open-length harness racing victory in a row at Woodbine Mohawk Park on Tuesday (Jun. 28).

Warrawee Xenia winning her fourth in a row

Bob McClure, the filly’s regular pilot this year, followed out the pair of Mask Of Zoro (Louis-Philippe Roy) and R Royal Port (Sylvain Filion) and dropped her in behind them as they approached the quarter in :28.2. R Royal Port took over nearing three-eighths, and Warrawee Xenia followed suit with a launch out of third nearing the half in :57.3.

Warrawee Xenia steadily gained approaching three-quarters in 1:26.2 and sailed past R Royal Port before the eighth pole, destined for a four-and-a-quarter-length victory in 1:54. R Royal Port was home in time for place. Feel The Force (Trevor Henry) rallied for third.

The winner secured the public’s trust for the fourth straight week and was sent off at 1/5.
