CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – Clic K captured the MacPherson Roche Smith and Associates Pace Thursday evening at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park. Harness racing driver Gilles Barrieau engineered the winning drive in the $2,100 feature event for owner PLO Stables of Donagh and trainer Jackie Matheson. The chestnut pacer went down the highway for an open length 1:54.4 victory over Casimir Luciano (Marc Campbell) and Pan Larceny (Louis Philippe Roy).

Montreal Phil captured his division of the first leg of the Alpine $4,000 Claiming Series for Horse and Geldings winning in 1:56.2 for trainer Rene Allard and owners Allard Racing Inc. of Quebec. The win was number 60 of Montreal Phil's career and left the pacer just $32 shy of $700,000 in career earnings. Steve Morton of Nova Scotia paid the claiming tag for the veteran and will give him his new home.

Beechwood Tiger won the other Horse and Geldings division in 1:58.2 for trainer-driver-owner Myles Heffernan of Nova Scotia.

Campbell captured the Mares leg of the Alpine $4,000 claiming series with the Allard trained My Ideal Hanover in 1:56.3 for owners Allard Racing and Ameer Najor of Michigan. Raymond MacKinnon of Nova Scotia had the lucky claim on My Ideal Hanover.

Marc Campbell had a grandslam on the card winning with his own trainees Dustylane Msvickie in 1:57.3 and Woodmere Articblue in 1:57.2 to add to his two Allard trained wins.
