Papis Rocket chasing fourth straight victory
CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – Papis Rocket will look to extend his harness racing winning streak to four straight Saturday afternoon at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

The capital oval has a 12-dash presentation starting at 12:30 P.M., with the featured pace taking centre stage in race 11.
Papis Rocket is the 5-2 morning line favourite from post 6 with David Dowling in the bike for trainer Mike Ramsay. The four-year-old son of Papi Rob Hanover has been dominant in recent weeks, capturing his last three starts including a 1:53.2 victory in the $7,150 Preferred 2 Pace on Oct. 31. The $735,665 career winner has six victories this season and is owned by Derrill Murphy of Alberta, Max Webster Stable of Nova Scotia, Jennifer Ritchie of New Brunswick and Ryan MacLeod of P.E.I.
Arbitrage Hanover is a major threat from post 4 with Ken Murphy driving for trainer Clifford Murphy. The five-year-old son of Bettors Wish has assembled an impressive 2026 campaign with four wins, eight seconds and $80,147 in seasonal earnings. He was runner-up to Papis Rocket in his latest outing and will look to turn the tables Saturday.
Bettor Than Spring (Corey MacPherson) enters from post 3 fresh off a victory in 1:56.1 for trainer Tessa MacKinnon. Merigo Magic (Adam Merner) has post 2 after capturing the $20,000 P.E.I. Free-For-All Consolation on Premier’s Cup night. The field also includes Hunters Hero (Landon Campbell) and Air Force Hanover (Gilles Barrieau).
The Post Time Picks selects Arbitrage Hanover to turn the tables on Papis Rocket in the $7,150 feature.
“Arbitrage Hanover raced from the back last week but did zip home in 28.2 to nab the deuce. He slides in one spot on the gate and we’re betting Murphy will have him a little closer to the action so they could go one better and get the gold this time.”
