Auckland selections 29th May 2026

Harness analyst best tips:
Best Bet: R2  Rahm
Best Value: R4  Big Herb

Race 1

Chanel Noire (4)
Did a big job from the second row last time and previous form was excellent. Rates highly again.

Heaven High (1)
Freshened since March and lands the perfect draw to bounce back into contention tonight.

Angelic Copy (5)
Resumed with a handy effort over the sprint trip and looks to have more upside than most here.

Race 2

Rahm (6)
Strong first-up effort from a tricky draw and natural improvement makes him hard to beat tonight.

Lucky As (5)
Honest in recent starts and should get every chance from a handy gate. Each way claims.

Major Copy (8)
Unbeaten at the trials and clearly has ability despite the awkward draw. Include.

Race 3

Mum’s Angel (7)
Manners let her down fresh-up but her best form measures right up in this line-up.

M’Lady Mackendon (2)
Worked hard from a wide draw last start and prior effort was full of merit. Major player.

Home Grown Girl (10)
Overraced last week after a sound resuming run. Capable of improving sharply tonight.

Race 4

Big Herb (7)
Forget the draw against him last week. Hit the line strongly late and can surprise at odds.

Twist And Tango (2)
Has gone close in both recent Cambridge starts and gets a much kinder alley tonight.

Miss Cherokee (6)
Strong late work from this draw a fortnight ago and another honest showing looks likely.

Race 5

Confessional (9)
Dominant win last week and despite the massive handicap still looks the horse to beat.

Sans Au Revoir (5)
Forgive the latest effort after a tidy win two starts ago. Can bounce back into the money.

Viscount Mackendon (4)
Freshened since a very consistent summer campaign and has the class to feature first-up.

Race 6

Twista (7)
Nearly won despite breaking last start and with a cleaner getaway can take this out.

Final Change (6)
Ultra-consistent stand-start performer who keeps putting himself in the finish. Must include.

Sugar Ray Lincoln (8)
Strong closing win over the mile last week and another bold effort would not surprise.

Race 7

Son Of The Cleaner (3)
Mixed form lately but his best efforts are more than good enough for a race like this.

Memories (6)
Tough resuming win and followed it with another gritty effort here. Major contender again.

Manchester’s Moment (12)
Has improved every run this campaign and last week’s win was dominant. Each way threat.

Race 8

Utah Blaze (10)
Driven perfectly to score last week and should secure another economical trip from the draw.

Sammy Lincoln (7)
Tough effort after breaking through last week and the wide gate should not worry him.

The Savoy (6)
Had every chance last time but continues to race honestly enough for minor claims again.

Race 9

Franco Miki (5)
Worked hard behind Cyamate at Cambridge and this slightly easier assignment suits nicely.

Bettor Be A Legend (2)
Excellent fresh-up effort from a tough draw and gets a much kinder set-up tonight.

Cyamate (1)
Took advantage of the perfect trip last start and the inside draw keeps him right in this.

Race 10

Micky Hill (5)
Lightly raced juvenile with plenty of upside and trial form suggests he has ability.

Tizours (3)
Strong placings in both recent starts and the stable switch adds extra intrigue here.

Pirayas (4)
Honest recent efforts and should be finding the line strongly again from this draw.
