Addington selections 29th May 2026

Harness analyst best tips:
Best Bet: R3  Tee Ball
Best Value: R2  Chocta

Race 1

Wishing For U (2)
Strong improvement between Rangiora and Timaru runs and the handy draw gives him every chance tonight.

Major Performer (5)
Honest recent efforts in stronger company and this field looks more suitable. Right in calculations.

Route Sixty Six (9)
Tough autumn campaign and keeps finding the line despite poor luck. Respect from the second line.

Race 2

Chocta (2)
Resumes after a smart juvenile campaign and with manners from the stand looks a major player.

Amistozo (6)
Impressive in a short summer campaign and trialled sharply leading into this return. Big chance.

Katelin (9)
Strong maiden winner at Rangiora and beat handy types doing it. Must be respected again.

Race 3

Tee Ball (5)
Another brave second at Timaru and looks ready to break through after a string of strong efforts.

Bella Ciao (8)
Doing very little wrong recently and the small field offsets the awkward draw. Major danger.

Poseidon (7)
Mixed form this campaign but capable of improving sharply with the right run through.

Race 4

Didn’t Di (7)
Racing in excellent touch recently and drops back slightly in grade here. Looks hard to beat.

Oliver (8)
Built nicely toward his Timaru victory and has proven capable at Addington previously.

Look To Da Stars (14)
Disappointing last start after leading but his best form measures right up in this field.

Race 5

Crunched (6)
Two excellent seconds behind Cherish Me recently and gets another ideal chance to go one better.

Bonjour Miki (5)
Forget the Timaru run where nothing went right. Prior Rangiora effort was full of merit.

Franco Not Out (2)
Improving with every outing and from the handy alley should get every opportunity tonight.

Race 6

Treasure Cove (2)
Capable type who mixes his form but his best efforts are more than good enough for this.

Foliejon Star (8)
Racing in a strong vein of form lately and went close in tougher grade at Timaru. Include.

Miki’s Courage (3)
Strong Timaru second in better company and proven stand-start manners add confidence.

Race 7

Moonlite Blood (4)
Strong late work last week and looks very well placed back into this company tonight.

Christies Art (6)
Forget the latest run and her previous form this time in was more than competitive.

Miki Bennett (8)
Freshened since taking on stronger Country Cup fields and capable of resuming boldly.

Race 8

Beachbreak (8)
Forgive the latest standing-start error and the return to the mobile is a major plus.

Mostert (3)
Has been racing in outstanding touch and from the draw gets every chance to bounce back.

Biggles (10)
Form is steadily improving this campaign and should be charging late again from the trail.

Race 9

Lilac Luxury (9)
Made up strong ground last week from a similar draw and another honest finish looks likely.

Helius (13)
Steady trial since changing barns and market support would add confidence despite the awkward gate.

Heaven (4)
Luckless here last week but still finished strongly late. Well worth another chance tonight.
