Yonkers Raceway takes centre stage again this week as the final preliminary rounds of the MGM Ursula McIntyre Series for mares and the MGM Borgata Pacing Series for open pacers are run, with valuable points and momentum on the line ahead of the rich finals on May 8.

After four rounds, both series remain highly competitive, with some horses needing one more big run to secure their championship spot.

Ursula McIntyre Series – Final Leg (Friday)

The mares’ series has developed into one of the strongest editions yet, with Louies Girl N (Lord Forbes) holding top billing after three victories from four rounds and 275 points. She again looks the mare they all must beat.

Race 1 (Leg 5)

A fascinating opening division sees Tarapasta resume battle with several familiar rivals after being collared late last week by Millwood Bliss N. Drawn the pole, she gets every chance to bounce back.

Main Chances:

🔹 Tarapasta – Two earlier leg wins and maps perfectly from barrier one. Major player.
🔹 Coastal Babe N – Tough mare who has consistently mixed it with the best in the series.
🔹 Aardie B Miki N – Dangerous if she lands the right trip and can finish hard.
🔹 Rocket Deo – Honest type who can fill a placing.

---

Race 3 (Leg 5)

This division revolves around Louies Girl N, who has simply looked too sharp in recent rounds.

🔹 Louies Girl N – Three wins already and drawn to dominate again. Clear top pick.
🔹 Millwood Bliss N – Comes off a sharp upset win and has risen quickly through the standings.
🔹 Walkin On Sunshine – Consistent throughout the series and always around the money.
🔹 Turn The Page N – Can improve at odds.

---

Race 4 (Leg 5)

Perhaps the most open of the three legs.

🔹 Bath Bomb – Yet to win but has chased strongly and gets another chance.
🔹 Silk Cloud A – Fastest series mile after last week’s upset win and can repeat.
🔹 Tick A Loch A – Tough campaigner who can race close to the speed.
🔹 Dougs Babe A – Drawn to get every chance.

Borgata Series – Final Leg (Monday)

The Borgata remains stacked with proven open-class stars, and after four rounds the leaderboard is headed by Mossdale Ben N with 250 points.

Race 3 (Leg 5)

🔹 Mossdale Ben N – Two straight wins and drawn perfectly. Hard to oppose.
🔹 Huntinthelastdolar – Honest campaigner who keeps putting himself in races.
🔹 Catalpa Rescue A – Can improve sharply with the right trip.
🔹 Ima Perfect Choice – Value knockout chance.

---

Race 5 (Leg 5)

A deep and tricky division.

🔹 Redwood Hanover – High-quality performer who has already won a leg and maps well.
🔹 Soho Firestone A – Going cracking races and certain to qualify for the final
🔹 Donegal Luther N – Has the talent to upset this field with the right trip
🔹 Sweet Beach Life – Strong effort in recent rounds and can feature again.

---

Race 6 (Leg 5)

Likely the race of the round.

🔹 Captain Albano – Class horse with two wins already and thrives in this company.
🔹 Coaches Corner – Freshened and dangerous if he gets clear air.
🔹 Captain Moore A – Honest performer who keeps measuring up.
🔹 Howlenthehills – Last-start winner and cannot be ignored.
