Best Value: R9 Jaccka Henry

Race 1

Kairo (2)

Resumes after competing against stronger opposition last campaign. Inside draw gives him an excellent opportunity to break through.

Arlo Jones (8)

Faced some talented youngsters on debut and should appreciate the easier company. Awkward draw, but he has enough ability to overcome it. Needed.

Fillyourboots (1)

Has been making mistakes recently but gets the ace draw for this assignment. Capable of improving sharply with manners. Place chance.

Race 2

Rakataycan (1)

Worked hard and placed last start. The ace draw should help and looks hard to roll in this field. Top selection here.

Classic Daisy (4)

Returns after showing plenty of promise in her first campaign. Going well at trials and could be a serious danger fresh. Include.

Sando Denario (2)

Used her early speed to advantage when third at Ascot Park. Drawn to be prominent again and looks capable of filling another placing.

Race 3

Majestic Me (6)

Followed an easy Addington victory with a respectable third. Well suited in this grade and should take plenty of catching in this field.

Glendhu Mischief (1)

Made a mistake last start after breaking through for his maiden victory. Steps into a different grade but gets the inside position and could surprise

Andy Hall (3)

Recent results have been affected by errors. Has the speed to feature if he trots throughout. Worth including here.

Race 4

Rogue Wave (3)

Has shown promise in his first three starts, including two placings at Addington. Drawn to settle close to the action and can go close.

Fearthedance (5)

Returned to form with a determined second at Ascot Park. A similar performance would put him right in contention.

Love Meister (11)

Has struggled to maintain his gait on race day but produced a useful workout since. Capable of upsetting at longer odds.

Race 5

El Draego (5)

Failed to make much headway last start after winning his maiden at the previous appearance. Finds a more suitable assignment and can bounce back

Fear Gogh (1)

Has been meeting some useful mares recently and receives a significant draw advantage. Should enjoy an economical run has winning claims.

Diamondsonmyshoes (7)

The wide gate makes things difficult over the sprint distance, but she can finish in the money with the right run in transit. One for odds

Race 6

Rakaquattro (12)

Resumes after a consistent campaign and has won a recent workout. Blair Orange takes the drive and she should be finishing strongly.

Destiny’s Angel (11)

Had to work hard last start after a series of competitive performances. Will need some luck from the back row but can run top three

Crunchie Dale (1)

Two thirds since returning from a spell. Drawn to get every opportunity and could be difficult to run down. Needed.

Race 7

Indulge Me (9)

Outstanding filly who has won four of her last six starts in better fields. Should prove too strong for this field. Best bet.

Off The Canvas (8)

Produced a powerful victory at Gore before a freshen-up and has since trialled satisfactorily. Outside draw but remains a serious challenger.

Tuneinsportsfans (2)

Race 8

Tactical Chevron (5)

Resumed with a convincing victory against easier opposition. Steps up in grade but follows a useful runner from the second row. Top three claims

Race 10

Tarragindi (9)

Drops considerably in grade after competing in the Group 3 Ashburton Trotters Sprint. The 40-metre handicap hurts, but his class can overcome it.

Atlantic City (7)

Was not disgraced when fifth at Addington and should appreciate returning to this company. Stand start no issue and has place claims here

Father Ned (2)

Chased home a smart opponent when second fresh up and should be sharper for that effort. Starts from the front mark and looks capable going top three

Race 11

Santiago (2)

Has been racing honestly with several recent placings and has trialled well following a short break. Good draw and should be prominent from the outset.

The Orange Roughy (7)

Has finished second in three of his last four starts and is overdue another victory. The wide barrier is a concern, but his current form puts him in the mix.

Arma Forest (1)

Resumes after taking on some useful opposition in a recent trial. The ace draw should provide an economical trip and can feature at longer odds.
