Harness analyst best tips:
Best Bet: R3 Nikolai Ray
Best Value: R9 Almighty
Race 1
Nothing But You (10)
Drops back from stronger company and looks ideally placed despite the secondrow draw. The one they all have to beat.
Vincent Reactress (2)
Produced an eye catching finish last start and gets his chance in slightly easier grade. Must be respected.
Bettor Belle (8)
Made good late ground last time out and should appreciate a genuinely run race. Worth including in multiples.
Race 2
Easton Doll (3)
Brave effort on debut and draws to get every opportunity. Looks capable of taking another step forward.
Mossdale Marie (7)
Has been racing consistently in maiden company and continues to knock on the door. Right in the mix again.
Nansana (5)
Worked hard last start and never gave in. Draw gives her options and she can feature with the right trip.
Race 3
Nikolai Ray (2)
Resumed with a promising effort and should strip fitter for that run. Looks one of the better chances.
Culture Vulture (5)
Has done very little wrong in his short career and had excuses last time. Expected to bounce back.
Crunchy Granola (3)
Finished off strongly last start and looks close to a maiden victory. Another bold effort wouldn’t surprise.
Race 4
Taumutu Lad (7)
Race didn’t pan out for him last start, but he was still finding the line. Looks a genuine winning hope.
Mighty Flying Miki (2)
Improved draw should help after needing the run fresh up. Capable of giving a good account.
Cee What I Cee (1)
Tough debut winner who now lands the ace draw. Can make his presence felt again at odds.
Race 5
Whyamihere (8)
Never saw daylight at a crucial stage last time. Mixes form, but his best is certainly good enough here.
Remission (6)
Drops back in grade after tackling stronger opposition. Possesses a sharp sprint and can be dangerous late.
Salute (9)
Recent efforts have been better than they read on paper. Draw isn’t ideal, but he is capable of running into the money.
Race 6
Our Evie Rae (5)
Returns to a stand start after a pair of strong placings. Racing well and deserves plenty of respect.
Chocta (8)
Only found one better last time and has shown he can handle the standing start. Major contender.
Lipstick (11)
Capitalised on good manners to score last start. Loves this trip and cannot be overlooked.
Race 7
Mystery Beach (8)
Continues to race honestly through the winter and rarely runs a bad race in this grade. Hard to beat.
Carlin (6)
Forgive the latest effort after an early error. Has already shown he can win at this level.
Tempo Warrior (3)
Caught late after doing the work up front last time. Drawn to be prominent again and should be competitive.
Race 8
Kotare Rimu (3)
Back to back wins have been full of merit and he continues to improve. Looks capable of making it three in a row.
Beachbreak (5)
Worked hard throughout last start and never shirked the task. Another honest performance is expected.
Seaside Brucie (1)
Gets a much kinder draw this time and should enjoy a soft run. Well worth keeping safe.
Race 9
Almighty (3)
One of the more consistent trotters in this field and should secure a handy position throughout. Genuine winning claims.
One El (9)
Was only collared late last time and remains in good touch. Can overcome the handicap with luck.
Midnight Diamond (14)
Has plenty of speed and the 20metre handicap may not be enough to stop her if she brings her best.
Race 10
Tact Teva (3)
Has been taking on stronger opposition and finally gets conditions to suit. Looks one of the leading chances.
Joyride (AUS) (2)
Scored stylishly last time and while this is tougher, she has the ability to measure up again.
Malakai (4)
Was only run down late after leading last start. Gets in well here and should be in the finish once more.
