A total of 55 lots have been entered for the sale.

The first of the Confederate colts is out of the Rock N Roll Heaven mare Heaven Helpus, a half-sister to the NZ Group winners The More The Better and Sooner The Bettor, while the other is from the Bettor’s Delight mare Our Sleeping Beauty, the dam of the APG Gold Bullion winner My Ultimate Byron.

The siring colossus Bettor’s Delight has three weanlings nominated – two fillies and a colt.

The first Bettor’s Delight filly is out of the Group 2 winner Punch Line, the dam of the Hobart Pacing Cup winner He’s Ideal and a member of the same branch of the noted Larrakeyah Lady tribe as Petracca, Treachery, Major Secret and Perfect Class.

The other filly is a half-sister to seven sub 2:00 winners including the NSW Breeders Challenge winner and multiple Group placegetter Tay Tay.

The lone Bettor’s Delight colt is out of a Mach Three half-sister to the Vicbred Super Series and Breeders Crown champion Wrapper’s Delight and the Group 3 winner Watch List.

Cattlewash, the sire of the undefeated USA Horse of the Year Beau Jangles, is represented by a weanling colt out of an Art Major half-sister to six winners including the 1:50 performer Ready For Battle, while Art Major himself is represented by a sister to the NZ and Australian 2YO of the Year Follow The Stars and a half-sister to the Group 1 winner First Responder.

Sweet Lou, last year’s leading Australian sire, is represented by a weanling colt from a 1:56 sister or half-sister to nine winners including the Group winners Benicio and Let’s Go To Brazil, while the Inter Dominion and Miracle Mile hero Lennytheshark has a half-sister to two winners including a Group 3 placegetter.

There are three Vicbred eligible trotting colts listed for sale including two by the Muscle Hill horse E L Titan, one out of a half-sister to the dam of the outstanding racemare Jilliby Ballerini, and the other from a daughter of La Coocaracha, the dam of the Inter Dominion champion The Locomotive and Dance Craze.

King Of The North, a million dollar-winning son of Walner, has a weanling colt out of a daughter of the Listed winner Brylin Crescent and from the immediate family of the star trotters Aldebaran Keepa and Enghien.

The offering also includes a dozen yearlings by well credentialled sires such as Vincent, Tintin In America, All Bets Off, Captain Ahab, Follow The Stars, Renaissance Man and Goodtime Sammy.

All Bets Off, the sire of the winners of more than $12 million including the Canadian 2YO Filly of the Year Pass Line and the Little Brown Jug heat winner Moment Is Here, is represented by a filly from the Sportswriter mare Feelinkindasporty, a half-sister to six in 2:00 and a member of the same family as the former Australian 2YO of the Year Lombo Rapida.

Vincent, Australia’s leading colonial bred stallion this season, has a yearling gelding out of the APG heat winner That’s Bettor, a Bettor’s Delight mare closely related to a swag of ‘black type’ performers such as Zeuss Bromac, Don’t Hold Back, Garnet River and Savvy Bromac.

Tintin In America, the sire of the USA Horse of the Year and world champion racemare Shartin, is represented by a grandson of the Oaks winner Nickle Miss.

Two sons of Art Major in Renaissance Man and Follow The Stars are both represented by yearlings in the sale.

Renaissance Man has two fillies, one from a Rock N Roll Heaven half-sister to the Group winners Aussie Reactor and Aussie Delight, and the other a half-sister to the WA Sales Classic runner-up Songkran.

Le Betty, the winner of five races including the $20,000 Jane Ellen and three at Wagga this season, heads up a strong contingent of racing/breeding propositions.

Three WA based pacers have been catalogued in Velocipede, the winner of seven races including four at Gloucester Park and $76,000, the lightly raced three-year-old Soho Tiger Lily, a Soho Tribeca half-sister to the Bathurst Gold Bracelet heat winner and final placegetter Soho Vesper Lind, and the successful Bettor’s Delight mare Follow Your Mother, who is from an Art Major half-sister to the champion racemare Make Mine Cullen and thus a close relative of Make Mine Memphis, Captain Hammerhead and Supersonic Miss.

The siblings White Lion, a unique cream palamino colt, and the two-year-old Mel Mara gelding Le Breadstick and the A Rocknroll Dance three-year-old filly from a granddaughter of the 3YO of the Year Ashlee’s Babe, are also among the offering.

The listings also include the young Captaintreacherous import Captain Ahab, a multiple Grade 1 winner as a two-year-old in North America and one of Australia’s leading first crop sires last year.

Nineteen broodmares have been nominated, 13 of whom are in foal to leading stallions such as Always B Miki, Art Major, Confederate, Lather Up, Vincent, Poster Boy, Soho Tribeca, Ride High, The Storm Inside and Elite Stride.

The consignment represents mares by the world’s premier sires from the best maternal families in the Australian and New Zealand stud books.

There’s sisters to the Breeders Crown champions Hurricane Harley and School Captain and the APG winner Suave Stuey Lombo and half-sisters to the great Lennytheshark, the thrice Group 1 winner Speak No Evil, the Vicbred champion Out To Play and the trotting cups winner Empire Bay as well as daughters of the 2YO of the Year Espeshlimade Lombo and Aussie Made Lombo, the dual NZ Aged Mare of the Year Alta Serena, the crack WA juvenile Before Night Falls and the Southern Cross winner Getya Wings Out.

The broodmare contingent also includes the good racemares Harley Blue, Courageous Kate, Soho New York and Amarula.
