Air Force Hanover aims to soar back into winner's circle
SUMMERSIDE, PE – Air Force Hanover (Somebeachsomewhere) will look to return to the harness racing winner’s circle Tuesday evening in the featured pace at Red Shores at the Summerside Raceway.

The Prince County oval has a 14-dash presentation starting at 6 P.M. with the $6,600 featured pace lining up in race 13.
Air Force Hanover is the 3-1 morning line second choice from post 4 with Gilles Barrieau in the driver’s seat for trainer Ronald Matheson and owner Woodmere Farms of Marshfield. The 10-year-old son of Somebeachsomewhere has four wins this season and was a winner in 1:53.4 at Red Shores Charlottetown earlier this year. He will look to rebound from a fifth-place finish in his latest outing against tough competition at Red Shores Charlottetown.
Freemans Legacy is the 5-2 morning line favourite from post 2 with Jaycob Sweet handling the driving and training duties for owner Mackenzie Arsenault of Alberton. The five-year-old son of Pang Shui has eight victories this season, including a 1:55.1 triumph on Oct. 13, and was a close third in his latest appearance.
Sauble Attack has rail control with Ken Murphy driving for trainer Paul Biggar and owners Biggar of Tyne Valley and Donald Callbeck of Summerside. The eight-year-old son of Bettors Delight has been knocking on the door with a pair of runner-up finishes in his last two starts and is listed at 4-1 on the morning line.
Doc Awesome leaves from post 3 with Corey MacPherson driving for trainer Darla MacEachern. The six-year-old son of All Bets Off has five victories this season and enters off a runner-up finish in 1:54.2.
Brookdale Johnny rounds out the compact field from post 5 with Paul Langille driving for trainer Phil Sizer and owners Doug Polley Sr., and Doug Polley Jr., of Amherst, N.S. The six-year-old son of Rockin In Heaven has three wins this season and was second in his latest outing.
The Post Time Picks likes Air Force Hanover to come out on top of the five-horse field.
“Air Force Hanover has been tackling some tough customers in Charlottetown and now returns to Summerside where he has enjoyed plenty of success. He has the speed to control this compact field and Barrieau knows exactly how to get the most out of this veteran pacer. We think he gets back to his winning ways in the Tuesday night feature.”
