Adios My Lindy romps by nearly seven lengths

Plainville, MA — Getting in some good work before her upcoming stakes engagements, the 3-year-old Massachusetts-bred Adios My Lindy (Walner) ripped off her third straight harness racing win after taking the $15,000 featured trot at Plainridge Park on Tuesday (July 14) by as many lengths as she pleased.

Adios My Lindy (Brett Beckwith) got away third as Get Outa My Lane (Bruce Ranger) took the field to the half in :56.1. As the race meandered onto the backstretch, Beckwith moved Adios My Lindy first-over and took the lead from Get Outa My Lane passing three-quarters in 1:25 and from that point on, the race was over. Adios My Lindy opened up a three-length lead by the top of the stretch and then bolted home, wrapped up and clear by 6-¾ lengths in 1:54, which was a new lifetime mark.
