Josh Jenkins ambassador for Breeders Crown

Harness Racing Victoria (HRV) is thrilled to announce Adelaide Crows star Josh Jenkins will be an ambassador for this year’s TAB Breeders Crown carnival.

Jenkins, 27, has played 88 AFL games and booted 173 career goals. He has kicked 52 goals this year for the equal-flag-favourite Crows.

Jenkins is a passionate trots follower and owner and says he is excited to be involved with the TAB Breeders Crown.

“I’m thrilled to be coming along to celebrate a huge day in the trots. I love the sport and whilst I watch the races whenever I can from home, it’s rare I get a chance like this to attend a big race day live,” Jenkins said.

“It will be great to chat with and interview prominent trainers and owners on the day. I look forward to seeing many excited owners as their horse competes for Breeders Crown glory!”

Jenkins will be a special guest in the owners’ marquee on TAB Breeders Crown Finals day and will be out and about with Trots Media conducting interviews with owners, trainers and drivers.

The TAB Breeders Crown Semi-Finals will this year be run at Bendigo on Saturday, August 20, with Finals on Super Sunday at Tabcorp Park Melton on Sunday, August 28.
