Stewards today concluded an inquiry which was opened and adjourned on 5 November 2015 into the bona fides of a lease for the horse KEEPHERINTERESTED. 

Evidence was taken from trainer and lessee Dudley Warburton, lessee Carolyn Warburton and lessor Felicity Barr.

After considering the evidence tendered Stewards, being satisfied that the lessor Felicity Barr did not sign the lease document, acted under the provisions of Rule 109 (5) and cancelled the registration of the notification of the lease for the horse KEEPHERINTERESTED.

Mrs Warburton was directed to return the horse KEEPHERINTERESTED to Felicity Barr within five days.
