Speed in the genes
World champion mare Shartin N has produced her latest foal, a filly by champion Bulldog Hanover and the genes say speed to burn.

Shartin N (Tintin In America) has a CV packed full of wonderful highlights and when she paced 1-46.4 on Hambletonian Day in the States, she broke a world record, which still stands.
Having dominated her sex across two seasons, in 2018 she won 19 of 24 starts, earning over $1 million. A record for a pacing mare in a single season.
In 2019 she won 15 of her 19 starts and recorded her world record time. Subsequently she was awarded U.S. Horse of the Year – the first pacing mare of any age to receive this honour.
Last year in recognition of her stunning career, Shartin N was inducted into the U.S. Harness Racing Living Horse Hall of Fame.
Shartin N was bred in New Zealand and is out of the Live Or Die mare Bagdarin who has also left the well preformed six win Bettor’s Delight mare Million Dollar Chic.
Now a brood mare, Shartin N’s first foal Princess Stella (Captaintreacherous) has won ten races to date in her short career and her best mile time to date is 1:51.3 on a half mile track.
Bulldog Hanover also has a super impressive racing page.
After winning four of his six starts at two, and ten of fifteen at three, he had a breakout season as a four old that stamped him as a world champion. He won fourteen of his sixteen starts, banking $1.8 million and became the fastest Standardbred ever when winning the William Haughton Memorial at the Meadowlands in 1:45.4.
