March 4, 2015 – Franck Ouvrie teamed 18/1 Richmond Park (10g Jaim de Val – Inrosa Girl-Buvetier d’Aunou) to a rallying win in today’s Gr. III Grand National du Trot Paris Turf at La Capelle.
He scored in 1.14.7kr over the 2750 meter course to earn the 45% winners’ share of the €90,000 purse.
Hans-Georg Stihl owns the winner, trained by Michelle Stihl.
Tic Tac du Mont (8g Kerido du Donjon – Douala) was second for Antoine Wiels and trainer J-P Marmion at 4/1 with third to 5/1 Trou Normand (8g Bon Conseil – Jilanska) and Eric Raffin.
The GNT legs will be presented throughout France with the final one of the early Winter Meet 2015-2016 featured events.
The GNT was the Quinte+ race of the day with a €2.2 million jackpot.
