Trois-Rivieres, Quebec – Track management at the Hippodrome 3R has announced that the qualifying races scheduled to be held this Saturday, March 8, have been cancelled.

Due to a snowstorm, last week, followed by warming weather and rains this week through Friday, the racetrack surface will need additional work and will not be ready by the weekend.

Qualifying races will be this Tuesday, April 11 starting at 11:00 am. Horses must be entered to race on Monday, April 10 by 11:00 am.

Opening day at the Hippodrome 3R is set for Sunday, April 23 with a new first race post time of 12:50 pm.
