Latham, NY, Harness Horse Breeders of New York State are pleased to announce that the Agriculture and New York State Horse Breeding Development Fund have instituted an online payment feature for the New York Sire Stakes program.

The online payment option is only available for 2 and 3-year-olds.

The next payment due date for eligible 2 and 3-year-olds is Feb. 15th 2016.

Please note: Because Feb 15th is a holiday online payments will be accepted until 11:59 pm on Feb. 16th, 2016.

Any online payments received after that will not be accepted.

If you prefer to receive an invoice and you did not transfer your fall purchases please contact us at 518-785-5858 or email at info@hhbnys.com to update ownership information. Invoices have been mailed to current owners of record.
