MR MUIR failed to appear

Hearing commenced in the absence of Mr Muir and adjourned to a date to be fixed until such time as Mr Muir appears before this Board. The Interim Order of this Board, given the seriousness of the allegations and the implications for the integrity of the Harness Racing industry, is that Mr Muir is disqualified from participation in the industry until such time as he appears before this Board in relation to the charges issued by HRV Stewards.
