Race 1

Johnny Trotter (9) Smart last start winner and gives Dunn team strong claims again today
Wot Up Tyron (5) Too sharp at Motukarara and looks a major danger to the stablemate

Race 2

Bacchus (8) Dual trial winner preparing for debut and expected to attract support
Better Man (2) Encouraging debut run and recent trial suggests improvement in this
Royal Belle (3) Capable of featuring with best form and drawn to compete. One for odds

Race 3

Royal Gypsy (4) In sound touch lately and going ok since latest success. Include
Aradne (3) Returned to form recently and capable of figuring again here with luck

Race 4

Harry’s Girl (4) Good effort at Methven and clear place claims from front line draw
Lady Tyron (8) Well bred debutante who has shown enough at trials. Must include
Shards Eclipse (3) Trial winner who lands handy draw for first start. Rough hope

Race 5

Lasa (2) Strong closing resuming run and ideally drawn to go close to winning here
Radioactive Jaffa (9) Deserves a winning turn after multiple recent placings. Needed
Sweet Willow (5) Likely to roll forward and can stick on for a share of the top three

Race 6

Gottagoodfeeling (2) Unbeaten in two southern starts and drawn to stay that way
Wat Fun (5) Impressive trial winner and appeals strongly on debut. Needed
I’m The Boss (6) Chased hard behind top pick last time and will be there again

Race 7

Ar Gee Rulz (7) Tried hard last start and no reason he can’t feature again here
Country Gold (4) Didn’t see daylight last run and has claims with luck in running
Major Performer (8) Needs improvement but can sneak into exotics with right trip

Race 8

Franco Sinatra (6) Strong venue record and can overcome handicap with manners
It’s Tough (7) Only beaten once in last five starts and rates highly again in this
Harrison John (5) Recent form stacks up strongly and major player in this field

Race 9

The Merc (3) Never out of second gear winning last time and drawn to repeat
The Royal Gamble (12) Nice placing here recently and can spice exotics with luck
Royal Del (13) Reliable course performer and rough claims despite draw

Race 10

The Coalman (7) Another cheque last start and well in commission again here
Commander Ben (10) Always a first four chance and not without hope in this
Mystery Beach (8) Just missed last week and similar effort would take him close

Race 11

Matai Harry (13) Drops in class and can improve despite awkward draw. Include
Zoom X (6) Luckless on grass recently and needed on all tickets today. Hard to beat
Lilac Luxury (8) No knock this prep and recent trial was encouraging. Has winning claims
