Cambridge selections 21st May 2026

Harness analyst best tips:
Best Bet: R5 He’s Tough
Best Value: R4 Grace N Elegance

Race 1

The Last Yarn (1) Perfect draw tonight and looks to get his best opportunity yet to break through.
Spirit Of God (7) Forget the fresh-up Auckland run. Prior workout form was sharp enough to respect.
Soundshell (3) Better than recent Auckland efforts and previous Cambridge form keeps him in the mix.

Race 2

Tizours (5) Hit the line strongly at Auckland and looks one of the hardest to hold out here.
Shred N Burn (1) Trial win before debut was impressive and market support would add confidence.
Bonny Parker (4) Honest recent form and stuck on well for her placing two weeks ago. Include.

Race 3

Captain Moonlight (2) Finds a very suitable race tonight and gets a big chance to bounce back.
Miki Mirage (6) Strong late work last week from a similar draw and rates as a major player again.
Aunty Rose (5) Didn’t get it all her own way last start and capable of sharp improvement at odds.

Race 4

Grace N Elegance (1) Too good for similar company last week. Longer trip but still in it with luck.
Son Of Patrick (9) Hit the line late last start and extra distance looks ideal for him tonight.
Elizabeth Hill (7) Should improve off the fresh-up run and capable of featuring with the right trip.

Race 5

He’s Tough (7) Strong winner last week and there was plenty to like about the way he finished it off.
Cyamate (2) Will strip fitter after resuming and the handy draw puts him right in contention.
Franco Miki (3) Worked in tougher spots recently and can improve sharply with a softer run tonight.

Race 6

Brass Razoo (9) Freshened since his last run and previous summer form makes him a genuine threat.
Kamilla (6) Racing consistently and another honest effort looks likely from the handy front line.
Rise To The Occasion (1) Solid enough recent effort and the front tape gives him every chance to feature.
