Loveyourmother (9) Tough win last start and despite the awkward draw still rates highly.

 

Race 2

Ruthless Emma (4) Better than recent form suggests and hasn’t had much luck lately. Respect.
Transtasman Bubble (2) Strong effort into second last week and gets another ideal opportunity.
Kingaroy (3) Handy recent efforts in stronger company and looks a solid each way chance.

 

Race 3

Scotlynn Fortress (1) Drawn to get every favour tonight and capable of bouncing back sharply.
Better Man (3) Still building fitness this campaign and improvement is expected third-up.
Enoka (6) Talented type who has had excuses lately. Major threat if he brings his best.

 

Race 4

Waihemo Hannah (4) Needs to find her earlier form but capable enough to take this out.
Florence The Machine (7) Manners remain the key but has enough ability to feature here.
What The Bell (1) Strong trailing run last week and the ace draw gives every chance again.

 

Race 5

Ann Sophie (9) Back into form with a strong placing last week and can figure despite draw.
Red Wine Kisses (1) Closed late nicely last start and the improved marble suits perfectly.
Fusion Reactor (7) Racing consistently and went close at Rangiora after leading throughout.

 

Race 6

Macy Royale (6) Smart debut winner who showed plenty of speed and looks hard to beat again.
La Venture (3) Impressive recent trial winner and expected to attract strong support first-up.
Dynamite Hill (2) Trial form has been solid leading in and drawn to get every chance
