Race 1
Arma Hunter (9) Won well from this same draw here last month and looks capable of overcoming it again.
Brilliant Chase (2) Impressed putting maidens away and gets every chance to go on with it from the handy gate.
Monkee Major (6) Fresh-up run was sound enough and this slightly easier assignment gives her a place hope.
Race 2
I’m Connected (6) Trial form says he has plenty of upside and he looks the runner with the most raw ability here.
Bullet (11) Keeps trying and can work into the minors if things open up at the right time.
Lorde Franco (10) Risk remains, but if she trots the trip she is capable of surprising at odds.
Race 3
Fanfare (5) Debut run had merit and natural improvement can take him right into the finish tonight.
Chiggsy (1) Drawn to use his early manners and looks well placed to give a strong sight on debut.
Chilli Gold (4) Trialled nicely and profiles as one who can measure up immediately in this line-up.
Race 4
Bryce’s Meddle (5) Not the most reliable winning proposition, but this field gives him a genuine each-way chance.
Spirit Downunder (6) Confidence will be up after the Coast win and his recent manners make him dangerous again.
Commander Ben (1) Front mark helps and he can stick on well enough to fill a first-four spot.
Race 5
Fiery Bandito (13) Just missed last time and if the race is run to suit he can be charging over them late.
One El (4) Racing much better than his price suggests and the front line draw gives him every chance.
Rock Lobster (5) Arrives in hot form and gets a handy start on some of the bigger guns, so must be included.
Race 6
We Walk By Faith (5) Has been mixing it in much stronger races and this looks a suitable chance to strike.
Got The Chocolates (7) Brilliant as a younger horse and clearly talented enough to make a winning return.
Alta Meteor (9) Freshened since a plain run and can improve sharply back into a race of this nature.
Race 7
Taketheplunge (9) Forgive the parked run last time and his earlier win showed he is more than capable in this grade.
John Stewart (2) Mobile conditions suit and the draw should see him land a very economical run.
Mighty Flying Lou (4) Resumed from a break with encouraging signs and can take another step forward here.
Race 8
Kracka Looka (5) Ultra-consistent sort who gets his chance to finally convert this form into another win.
Petite Trixton (9) Trotting with real purpose and looks a major player despite the 10m handicap.
B D Hall (11) Did some work last time and still stuck on, so another bold effort would not surprise.
Race 9
Valorous (9) Only beaten by a smart one on debut and looks the horse with the most upside in the race.
Seaside Brucie (12) Recent trial was sharp and he has the ability to figure if he gets the right cart into it.
Stevie My Boy (8) Trial win suggested there is talent there and he can be very competitive despite the draw.
Race 10
Sacetas (5) Took on strong company last campaign and his recent trial says he is ready to run a big race fresh.
Sunsoutgunsout (1) Flying at the moment and the ace draw gives him every chance to reel off the hat-trick.
Major Performer (10) Usually saves her best for this track and can work into the top three from the trail.
