Nfld on 3/23/2021 FINED: $1,000 FULL – 365 DAYS, 5/17/2021 THRU 5/16/2022 HORSE DISQUALIFIED, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION APPEALED – 5/15/2021 POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE Urine sample #887583 collected at Northfield Park on 3/23/21 from the horse Archetto Hanover was found to contain 3-Methoxytyramine (3-MT) at a concentration of 19.5+-3.6 micrograms per milliliter of urine. This exceeds the Regulatory Threshold of 4.0 micrograms per milliliter adopted by the OSRC. All purse money must be returned for redistribution ($2,600.00). This ruling is referred to the commission for its consideration. O.S.R.C.-3769- 18-01(B)(10)&(13) 18-02 18-99 If the fine is not paid to the judges by 5/25/21 you shall be suspended and your license may be revoked by the commission. Mr. Graber is barred from all grounds governed by the OSRC during his suspension. Any horses that he wants to transfer to another owner or trainer must be approved by the judges or the OSRC.
