Hulysse Digeo takes GP de la Federation Regionale

Hulysse Digeo (8g Reve de Beylev-Nuit d’Odyssee) at 13/1 odds was the upset winner of today’s La Capelle featured Gr. II International Grand Prix de la Federation Regionale (purse 120,000€, 1800 meters autostart, 11 starters ages 4-11).

He was timed in 1.10.3kr and was driven by his trainer J.W. Hallais for owner J.C. Hallais to his 16th career victory in 70 starts for 549,690€.  Falco Killer Gar (4m Varenne-Zuwara Gar) finished second at 2.5/1 odds with Clement Duvaldestin up for Pachino Horse Srls and trainer Thierry Duvaldestin.

The 100/1 outsider Happy Danica (8f Briac Dark-Rive Bleue) rallied late for third with trainer Alexis Garandeau aboard for owner Cecile Douillet.The11/1JustinBold (6m Bold Eagle) was fourth for reinsman P-Y Verva and 34/1 Elvis du Vallon (11m Reve de Beylev) landed fifth for Franck Nivard.

The 8/10 favorite Inexess Bleu was a miscue dq and he has  a nine race  win  streak  before a scratch on July 26, and 10/1 Bandera Bi was 6th with 24/1 Deus Zack was eighth.
