Harness racing hits Winton today with a nine race program starting at 2.12pm and in this video we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a nice day of racing.

Winton selections 19^th November 2020

Best bet:  R3  The Kingsman

Best Value:  R7  Archman

Race 1

Mono Gamble weaker field here and a good chance to show some of his natural ability. Looks one of the leading chances with manners.…… Danangus Fella tricky draw but he has run some cheeky races in better fields. One for longer odds in this field..… Dem Bones Dem Bones  going ok but manners have been letting him down. Driver change here and no surprise to see him in the money…….. Whangamata  good beginner running ok races without a lot of luck and weak field here. Can place at big odds.

Race 2

Von Art  racing back into form and getting fitter. Can run top three here from the draw and top selection.……. Jaffie J  has ability and running on last start. Track will suit and winning claims here at nice odds …… Sly Tricks disappointing last start but better than that. Drawn well and can run top three…… Old Luke  getting fitter with racing and has been racing better fields. Always running on just needs to be put in the race to place here……

Race 3

The Kingsman running good races previous to his last start gallop and might be the early leader here. Good winning claims….. Boo respect the stable and gets a nice draw to work with. One of the leading chances in this field  ….. Tartan Raider fair run last week and draw will help. Can run in the top three…. Who's My Mother nice draw to follow out the likely leader and stable has a good strike rate on the track. Winning claims here….

Race 4

Alexis Rocket good draw to work with and an easier field than last start. Winning claims at ok odds ….. Beta Than Love good draw and will go forward early. Can run top three in this field….. Money Honey has the game to beat a field like this and good fourth last start. Needed….. Noosa Beach coming in fresh but terrible draw. Not the worst and has to be included

Race 5

Swift Robyn conditions suit here and she was running on late last start. Good winning claims at nice money.…. Major Menace disappointing last start but give another chance. Should be thereabouts and at good odds…… Changearound tricky draw but looks to have the measure of most of this field. Can win and racing in good form… Clifton Jessie a bit in or out with form but has the ability and draw. One for longer odds

Race 6

Sekkie Monkey has been racing strong fields but galloping. Should be a good winning chance in this lineup with the driver change . ……. Tweedledee tricky draw but plenty of ability and always gives a good run for your money. Needed here …… Dipendra disappointing last start but better than that. One for longer odds in this field with manners…… Horse Of Course good finisher who ran a good second last start. One of the leading chances

Race 7

Jacks N Jazz has been running ok races and getting fitter. Hard to beat in this field if he can find the front early….. Handsome Harry running on ok last start and should appreciate the big track. Will need luck but can run top three here  ….. Archman good draw and good beginner. Look for him to be in the trail and can run top three…. Robyns Shadow getting back into top form and good stayer. Can win….

Race 8

Deus Ex likely to head for the front and and will be very hard to beat if he can get it. Good winning chance….. Santanna Mach likes to race near the lead but tricky draw. Racing well and can run top three ….. I'm Trouble has been disappointing recently but will be running on. Can place at nice odds…. Mach's Back a ton of speed and likely to go forward early. Not the worst at good odds…..

 Race 9

Ferritts Sister has been running ok races but tricky draw. Hard to beat in this field if she can find the front early….. Yankee Shard will be running on and should appreciate the big track. Will need luck but can run top three here  ….. El Dorado terrible draw but in good form. Look for him to be getting home late and can win…. Onesmartfella disappointing but give another chance here. Can upset….
