Harness racing hits Auckland again today with eight races on the card . The racing starts at 5:43pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R6   Belle Neige

Best Value:  R7   Frisco Bay

Race 1

Lincoln La Moose (1) Has been a bit disappointing but better than that. Can run top three
Midfrew Lucre (2) Will appreciate the short distance. One of the better chances in this
Jaccka Opa (3) Better last start and usually holds his form. Not out of this over the sprint

Race 2

Lincoln Linda (6) Trialling like one of the better 2yo fillies. Wide draw but needed here
Angelic Copy (1) Good trial form and drawn best. Hard to beat with a soft run in transit
Rivergirl Bella (5) Has looked ok at trials but still green. Will improve but top three chance

Race 3

Hillbilly Blues (6) Stable respect in this. Good run expected at her first start for the trainers
Romeo Foxtrot (7) Ok last start and a threat to the favourites with luck. Consistent form
Jasinova (5) Suits the conditions here. Goes close if she can find the front and roll along

Race 4

Lincoln Lou (4) Freshened and races well on the trac. One of the main players in this field
Tyson (5) Well placed here and has raced some nice fields. Good each way chance in this
Colonel Lincoln (8) Wide draw an issue but and chance with a cart into the race. Include

Race 5

Rubira (7) Good against the best in his age group last season. Hard to beat in this fresh
Matai Phil (5) Should get a soft run handy. Winning claims with his speed. Needed here
Double Jeopardy (1) Drawn well here and will race handy. Should give a good account

Race 6

Belle Neige (8) Conditions suit and form horse of the race. Can run a top race again here
Taylad To Use (7) Likes the mobile and in form. Might need luck but usually thereabouts.
Lovemeagain (4) Good win in a weaker field last start. Should improve and needed here

Race 7

Frisco Bay (7) Has a big sprint when saved for one run. Will need luck but can go close
Debbie Lincoln (6) Tricky draw but can play a part if she gets handy quickly. Include
Kevin Kline (1) Draw suits and should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance

Race 8

Travelin Soldier (1) Not far away last start and will start a short favourite. Winning claims
Rise To The Occasion (6) Decent stand manners and track stats ok. Has to be included
Hayley Mhor (3) Due to show some form. Place hope in this if she trots all the way. Roughy
