Harness racing hits Auckland again today with 10 races on the card . The racing starts at 5:12pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Mantra Blue (5) Running on when fresh. Fitter and should run top three with luck here
Rough And Ready (3) Small field will help and up to placing in this. Stable respect. Needed
Seaclusion (1) Getting better with racing and gets a good draw in this. Top three chance

Race 2

Look To Da Stars (4) Did too much work last start and easier here. Has to be included
Youneverknow (1) Has early speed to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. Win chance
Very Majestic (3) Improver from her last start but stronger field. Top three chance here

Race 3

Roy Kent (3) Hardly ever out of the money and good run expected. One of the better chances
Joes Rock (7) Ok last start and a threat to these with a good run in transit. Hard to beat
Carrera Hombre (2) Good effort last start and nice draw. Can sneak into the top three here

Race 4

One More Moment (6) Solid second last start and can go one better in this field. Needed
High Energy (7) Tricky handicap but small field will assist. Should give a good account
Courmayeur (5) Manners needed here but a quick improver with top three claims here

Race 5

Allets (5) Has been racing much stronger fields and looks a good bet Top selection in this
Clouding Over (2) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance
Change Tact (4) Will be fitter after last start second. Should get a soft trip and can place

Race 6

Freya (9) Big finish to win narrowly last start. Similar draw and can go back to back
Higher Power (5) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances
Bravehearthighlander (3) Not far away last start. Continues to improve and winning claims

Race 7

Ultimate Racy Girl (8) Tricky draw but good on her day. Will need luck but can go close
Courtney Rose (5) Battled on ok last start and fitter now. Should go close to placing in this.
Sweet Maggie Mae (7) Stable respect and wide draw the only concern. Top three chance

Race 8

Ocean Eyes (6) Has been racing harder fields than this. Look for an improved run here
Santapazienza (3) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One for longer odds in this field
Crackerjack (9) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope in this

Race 9

Double Parked (3) Nice win last start and should go on with it now. Has to be included
Mantra (4) Speedy when right and is drawn well here. One of the better chances in this
South Side Story (1) Good win last start but up in grade. Drawn to get a soft run. Include

Race 10

Tytate (4) Has raced well in similar fields. Drawn well and looks a good bet. Top selection
Always B Magic (1) Nice draw and better than most in this field. Has to be respected in this
Always Ask (2) On debut from a strike rate stable. Could surprise with a soft run in transit
