Addington selections
Harness Analyst Best Tips:
Best Bet: R6 Mo’unga
Best Value: R8 Paris Prince
Race 1
Rakero John (11)
Improved with his resuming run and strips fitter for this assignment. Despite the second-row draw he looks one of the leading chances.
Carrera Bandido (5)
Knocking on the door with a string of consistent efforts. Drawn to race handy and should be right in the finish again.
B J Hunnicutt (1)
Freshened since his last campaign and trialled nicely. Inside draw gives him every opportunity to run a bold race.
Race 2
Paige (6)
Recent performances have been more encouraging and she looks close to her best again. Can play a part despite the handicap.
Love Walked In (9)
Has the ability to measure up but recent mistakes have proved costly. Worth another chance if she trots throughout.
Waihemo Hannah (10)
Comes off a stylish victory and confidence will be high. Even from the handicap she deserves plenty of respect.
Race 3
Evolution (1)
Showed plenty of promise on debut and natural improvement would make her hard to hold out. Leading chance.
Seeking Love (9)
Created a huge impression winning his qualifying trial and looks to have plenty of upside. Major threat.
Montara (8)
Things didn’t work out last start but his earlier form was excellent. Worth another chance in this line-up.
Race 4
Tempo Warrior (1)
Forgive his latest run after working hard throughout. Back to a stand start suits and he can bounce back.
Bryce’s Meddle (4)
Had little luck last time after an impressive win prior. Expected to give another strong account.
Coba Charged (6)
Steps up in grade after a deserved victory but continues to improve. Can still feature with the right trip.
Race 5
Beachbreak (6)
Better than his latest effort suggests after things didn’t go to plan in front. Can make amends with a smoother run.
Jesse Owens (5)
Talented pacer resuming for a new stable and market support would be significant. One to keep safe.
Eun Sogno (8)
Returned with a stylish trial win after a break and has always shown above-average ability. Strong each-way claims.
Race 6
Mo’unga (9)
Finished strongly behind Renegade last time and meets him on much better terms. Looks a genuine winning chance.
Renegade (7)
Has worked his way back into winning form and remains well placed despite the handicap. Hard to overlook.
Tact Teva (4)
Progressive type who continues to race well and handles the stand-start conditions. Must be respected.
Race 7
Orlando Wish (1)
Has impressed through the trials and looks ready to make an immediate impact on debut. Deserves favouritism.
Suspicious Captain (2)
Finished off nicely last start and the better draw gives him every chance to improve again.
Tomogalak (9)
Produced a strong runner-up effort two starts ago and remains capable despite the second-row draw.
Race 8
Paris Prince (4)
Worked hard in a stronger race last week and wasn’t far away at the finish. Can be competitive again.
Domination’s Call (3)
Has trialled well leading into this return and looks capable of making an impact despite the handicap.
Helloveamoment (6)
Returned with an encouraging second and should strip fitter. One of the main dangers if he steps away cleanly.
