Harness racing hits Addington again today with 9 races on the card. The racing starts at 1:05pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Best Value:  R7 The Coalman

Race 1

Birdy  (7) Big run on debut and will be fitter for this. Should run top three here with manners
Kowhai Sunburst (8) Small field will help and nice second here last start. Stable respect. Needed
Ruthless Emma (6) Getting better with racing and will be running on late here. Place chance

Race 2

Edict (6) Has not had a lot of luck and drawn to be a major player in this. Top selection here
Coba Charged (9) Has speed and only needs manners to be a threat. One for longer odds
Im All In (5) Not much luck here last start when no room. Top three chance with clear air

Race 3

Billy Kimber (9) Weaker field for this and he can win with no mistakes. Good run expected
KD Grins (3) Ok last start and normally begins ok. Winning claims with a good run in transit
Origin (7) Good effort last start and similar field. Can sneak into the top three again with luck

Race 4

Sweet Dreams (2) Finally gets a decent draw and she has been unlucky. One for longer odds
Wind In The Wire (4) Has gate speed and goes ok the track. Should give a good account here
Gimmesomelovin (1) Drawn best and is improving. Will start favourite here and can go close

Race 5

Beautiful Crazy (1) Fought on last start in a stronger field. Top selection back in this field. Needed
Shadow Creek (3) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance at odds
Fear Gogh (4) Will be fitter after last start second. Ok draw and should get a soft trip. Include

Race 6

Schoemaker (2) Trialing well and at his best would go close. Hard to beat against with manners
Mode (5) Should get a soft run handy. Has claims from the draw and can go one better this week
Monarch Prince (1) Due to show form and drawn well here. Driver change and top three hope

Race 7

The Coalman (8) Conditions suit for this and nearing peak fitness. Will be running on late here
Gliding High (4) Racing well and should go close to placing in this. Stand suits and include in this
Mystery Beach (3) In good form and should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance again

Race 8

Royal Gypsy (4) Good recent trial. Big winning chance if she can find the front early. Top selection
Petite Trixton (1) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances and driver change
Musclynn (6) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope at longer odds

Race 9

Waterholes Road (2) A bit one paced but will be running on late here. Could surprise with a hot pace
Goodoldayz (6) Decent motor and due to find form. Outside chance at longer odds with a soft trip
Almighty Clever (5) Racing well and will start favourite in this. Will continue to improve and win hope
