Harness racing hits Addington again today with 8 races on the card. The racing starts at 1:12pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good afternoon of racing.

Race 1

Swift Guy (8) Latest runs have been good. Consistent and can run top three again here
Ultura (1) Small field will help and should begin quickly. Stable respect. Needed in this
Coba Charged (3) Has raced better fields in the past. Could surprise with early manners

Race 2

Peaknmonkey (6) Disappointed last start and small field helps. Has to be included
Without Comparison (2) Drawn to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. Needed here
Midnight Diamond (1) Improver from her last start and ace draw. Top three chance

Race 3

Raknruin (9) Trainer change after racing some good fields earlier. Nice run expected
Okiwi Bay (3) Ok last start and a threat to the favourite with a good run in transit
King Arthur (4) Good effort last start and driver change. Can sneak into the top three

Race 4

Brett’s Mate (8) Very unlucky last start and a winning chance here. Looks a good bet
Granny Rose (7) Has early speed and goes well the track. Place chance again here
Lookslikeatrixter (2) One paced but racing well. Winning claims if he gets a soft trip

Race 5

Mystery Beach (1) Drawn ideally and looks a good winning chance. Top selection in this
The Beach House (4) Freshened and does have gate speed . One for longer odds in this
A Dancing Rocka (5) Will be fitter after running on last start. Should give a good account

Race 6

Freya (9) Good against a similar field last start. Wide draw hurts but can go back to back
Waihemo Hannah (6) Should get a soft run handy. Racing well and place hope. Include
Yosemite (3) Drawn well here and should keep improving. Top three claims again here

Race 7

He’s Tough (2) Stand suits and may be the early leader. Will be in it for a long way
Mandala (8) Tricky draw but should go close to placing in this with manners Needed
Foveaux Gambler (1) No form and should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance

Race 8

Ann Sophie (6) Better than recent form suggests and over the odds at $21.00. Upset
Mouton Cadet (11) Decent motor and goes best with a hot pace. One of the better chances
Playing With Stars (7) Due to regain some form and place hope here if she goes forward
