Tisbury harness racing trainer Kirstin Green takes strong numbers to the Invercargill HRC meeting at Ascot Park tomorrow.
Raspalla (Johny Rock) won three starts ago before being outclassed in the Southern Oaks. She starts in Race Three.

The three year old filly hasn’t been sited at any trials or workouts but gets a favourable draw to work with at three.
Green has three runners in Race Four – Sure To Rise (Lazarus), Heidsieck (Art Major) and Sherger (Bettor’s Delight).
Sure To Rise gets the best draw (4) and has good gate speed to use from there.
Heidsieck draws the second row and follows out his stablemate. He was parked for most of his race last time and will need some favours from the draw.

Sherger draws the outside of the second row. He led and was run down for third at his last start.
Green also has three runners in Race Five – Spiritinthesky (Father Patrick), Emily (Imperial Count) and Samanatha’s Moon (One Over Da Moon).
Spiritinthesky is the only runner on the front row. She finished fifth in strong company at her last start having dragged a flat tyre for some of the journey.

Emily runs from the ten metre mark. Her form has been building towards another win.

Samantha’s Moon starts from the twenty metre stand in the 2200 metre handicap trot. Six of her seven wins have been from the stand and three have been on this course.

Rakero Lightning (Bettor’s Delight) represents the barn in Race Six. She has good gate speed and is favoured by a good draw at three.
Kirstin has two runners in Race Eight – Midnight Babe (Bettor’s Delight) and Just Like Jagger (Vincent).
Midnight Babe had no luck at her last start racing wide and getting a flat tyre. This appears to be a drop back in class for her.
Just Like Jagger was impressive in winning on debut however she still looks like the unfinished product.
Green lines up last start winner Bobbies Rock (A Rocknroll Dance) in the last race. He was well handled by Seth Hill at his last start, winning the Bluff Cup by four lengths.
