A renewed tradition of harness racing in Lebanon, Ohio comes to life at Miami Valley Gaming (MVG) as the lighting fast track's third season rapidly approaches. All signs point towards a successful four month 86-program meet. Live racing goes postward five days a week beginning January 9th through May 8th with a new twist for 2016. Afternoon matinees will present every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday first race post at 2:05pm; with traditional Friday and Saturday evening cards beginning at 6:05pm.

An abundance of quality horses and lively drivers and trainers stand urged by a 30% purse increase fueling the track's 86 day race meet. A deep and talented driver's colony is expected to compete throughout the winter season at Miami Valley, with all the top drivers from last season expected to return as well as several new comers.

New wagering opportunities await including the addition of rolling daily doubles on races one through seven, a 50-cent Lucky Pick 5 (with an industry low 12% takeout) beginning on race eight and a 10-cent Buckeye Hi-5 on the twelfth. The latter two new wagers have carry over provisions until a winning ticket is sold which potentially creates rewarding jackpot pools which attract new interests. The Lucky Pick 5 cascades into Pick 4 and Pick 3 opportunities as well.
