The Raceway at the Western Fair District has been forced to cancel its live card of harness racing on Friday, Jan. 17 due to unsafe track conditions on a portion of the track caused by weather conditions.
Live racing is set to resume this Monday, Jan. 20 at 5:50 p.m.
