Early fixed odds action tonight at Forbury

Harness racing tonight sees just the 7 races at Forbury with 64 runners starting but that compares to 66 starters the same race night last year with 7 races also.

There are two odds on favourites tonight. In race 3 Sarah Kate who is now trained by Graeme Anderson opened at $1.60  and in race 4 Sun’s Invasion opened at $1.90.

The best backed in the win markets at 10:00am raceday is in race 5 Art I Am $4.60 – $3.90 and he also is the best backed number wise in multi bets. Art I Am starts in a junior divers race and is to be driven by Sam Payne who is having his second raceday drive after finishing 7^th on Aveross Bracole at Addington last Friday night.

 

Race 1- Glenstone is the best backed with the largest bet $500 at $2.80. She just leads multi bets over the $2.40 favourite Supermoshi.

Race 2 – A quiet market and an even one with a $4.00 opening favourite in Love Struck Romeo who does lead multi bets early.

Race 3 – Some early money for Lucas has seen his odds come into $5.00 from $5.50 but all multi bets in this race are running through the $1.60 favourite Sarah Kate.

Race 4 – This is the quietest betting race early but once again all multi bets are going through the $1.90 favourite Sun’s Invasion. The favourite is short but looking at the early action on this race the favourite could well start around $1.60 – $1.70 so if you are thinking of having a large bet on Sun’s Invasion you may want to consider taking the $1.90 sooner rather than later.

Race 5 –  As indicated above Art I Am $4.60 – $4.90  is the best backed runner tonight as at 10:00am and the only other runner taking some multi interest is Gotta Del at $6.00.

Race 6 –  The win hold on this race is quiet early but the $2.50 favourite Thisgirlisonfire is taking some heavy multi action compared to her rivals. Backseat Chick at $7.00 is the next best backed in multi bets.

Race 7 –  The only 2 runners they want early are Aquickone $5.50 – $4.80 and the $2.60 favourite Expresso Martini at $2.60. The favourite easily leads multi bets early over Aquickone and Arden’s Concord.

Race 3 –  The $1.60 on offer for the favourite is looking about right with $1,000 just taken

Race 4 – Still a very quiet market.  

Race 5 – Money has come for Onedin Highlander & Francco Tristan

Race 6 – Best backed is Georgie Mach but he is still at  $15

Race 7 – Expresso Martini is starting to take money
