Gabriele Gelormini teamed the Alessandro Gocciadoro trainee for Leonardo Cecchi to his 18th career victory for 318,136€ earned. Always EK (9m Filipp Roc-Nike EK) was second at 8.35/1 with Mattias Djuse driving followed by 32.2/1 Chance EK (7f And Al Sheba-Ukase EK) reined by Pietro Gubellini.

The next three home were 5.9/1 Dimitri Ferm (6m And Al Sheba-Tracy Chapman-Goetmals Wood) with Marco Stefani up; 3.2/1 Vernissage Grif (11m Varenne-Dalia Grif) and Gocciadoro; and 9.6/1 Executiv EK (5m Face Time Bourbon-Nike EK) with Andrea Guzzinati. What a race and finish!!!

The top six were timed in 1.11.1kr or faster.

On the April 6, 2025 Torino Stupinigi  undercard was the PremioDerby 4 Anni Anact Stakes Plus (purse 200,200€, 2060 meters autostart, 12 starters four year old females) and 2/1 odds Funny Gio (4f Face Time Bourbon-Amazing Gio-Royalty For Life) scored for red/yellow hot Alessandro Gocciadoro.

This group was followed by more longshots, 24.3/1 Foira Mail (4f Maharajah-Piuma d’Amore) was fourth for Antonio Di Nardo; 30.9/1 Fenice del Ronco (4f Maharajah-Rekna Inn Ronco) and G.P. Minnucci was fifth; 20.8/1 odds Francy Caf (4f And Al Sheba-Rutilia Caf) home sixth for Jorma Kontio.

The co-featured Premio Derby 4 Anni Anact Stake Plus (purse 200,200€, 2060 meters autostart, 10 starters four year old males) saw Face Time Bourbon offspring on the leader board with victory to 1.85/1 odds First Of Mind (4m Face Time Bourbon-Peace Of Mind-Uronometro) with trainer Alessandro Gocciadoro at the lines. FTB is emerging as the successor to Ready Cash.

This one now has 11 career victories for 530,256€ earned with this 1.12.4kr timed exceptional performance Funky Roc (4m And Al Sheba-Galantine) was second at 10.8/1 with Filippo Rocco aboard followed by 4.3/1 Fil EK (4m Ringostarr Treb-Ukase EK) with “Pippo” Gubellini driving.

The 34.9/1 Fantom Jet (4m Wishing Stone-Love Me Tender) landed fourth for Mats Djuse.

Further down the undercard was the Premio Comunna di Vinovo Challenge (purse 13,200€, 1600 meters autostart, seven starters) that saw 27/1 Eclissi Di Re Dr (5m Wishing Stone-Fiammetta Dx) placed first timed in 1.10.9kr.

He recorded career victory 12 and has now earned only 49,223€. Desiderio d’Esi was first on the line but was a miscue dq and was Bepi Bi that went offstride earlier in the lane. The 20.5/1 Corallo Pisano (7m Louvre-La Titti Bi) was place second also timed in 1.10.9kr with Carlo Hudorovich driving.

Placed third was 2.1/1 odds favorite Dubhe Prav (6m Robert Bi-Fancy Prav) with Santo Mollo teaming.

Also on the powerhouse Torino card was a victory by 3.8/1 odds Feldenkrais Pal (4m Trixton-Tuscania Pal-Nad Al Sheba) in the Premio Trofeo Aste Anact Open (purse 25,300€, 2060 meters autostart) timed in 1.12.5kr.

This winner of 153,610€ was driven by Roberto Vecchione and he defeated 1.6/1 odds favorite Falco Killer Gar (4m Varenne) with trainer Gocciadoro aboard. There was two Classic Anact Stakes (each with 20,900€ purse, 2060 meters autostart) with the filly division going to 1.5/1 odds favorite Geraldine Bar (3f Zacon Gio) timed in 1.14.9kr with Mats Djuse driving, the winner’s fourth career victory.

In the colt division the 2.4/1 odds favorite Go Big Effe (3m Gu d’Heripre) scored timed in 1.14.2kr with Francesco Facci up. He bested 7.5/1 Grand Tur Joyeuse (3m Ringostarr Treb) handled by Marco Smorgon.
