With a recent legislative bill passed, The California Sires Stakes harness racing committee has approved pacing stallion owners from Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Maine and Alberta, Canada to register their stallions to the Calif. Stakes program, starting with the 2017 breeding season.

To be eligible for the 2017 breeding season, Pacing stallions must be nominated to the California Sires Stakes program by the extended date of 4/1/17.
