Brett Beckwith badly injured after track accident at Saratoga
The harness racing community has come together in support of rising harness racing driver Brett Beckwith following a serious pre race accident on Sunday.

Beckwith suffered multiple injuries including a broken wrist and jaw along with a minor brain bleed after an incident at Saratoga Casino Hotel. On-track medical staff responded immediately before he was transported to hospital, where he remains in a critical but stable condition.
Officials have confirmed the horse involved in the mishap walked away uninjured.
A fourth-generation horseman, Beckwith is part of a family deeply embedded in harness racing. His parents, Mark and Melissa, along with earlier generations, have all been involved in the industry, making his career a continuation of a long-standing family tradition.
Support has poured in from across the industry, with fellow drivers, participants and fans all rallying behind Beckwith as he continues his medical treatment.
