Top line trotter Bet N Win (What The Hill) lifted another gear when he won a tactical duel in the third heat of the Second round of the Ladbrokes Inter Dominion Trotting Championships at Albion Park on Saturday evening.

Starting a hot favourite from his barrier 2 Bet N Win as expected bound straight to the front. London To A Brick who had galloped and lost all chance last week commenced safely from his wide draw and then driver James Rattray felt confident to go around the field. In a daring move Rattray drove for the front and Bob Butt on Bet N Win allowed him to go the front and take a trail.
BET N WIN JUL 12 REPLAY
London To A Brick continued to lead with Not As Promised caught racing outside the leader.
Bet N Win still looked to be travelling comfortably and when Bob Butt elected to go for the inside run he darted through and quickly got the better of London To A Brick to win by just over three metres with Gus rattling home for third. Not As Promised again put in another credible performance in holding on for fourth placing.

Driver Bob Butt stated after the event.
“It just worked out perfect so far we just got pray we get a draw for next week. London To A Brick was always going to be a good one to trail because he was looking for maximum points after he galloped last week”.
“He’s a good horse but just worked out how this fella is going. Just like I say hopefully bit of luck next week he’ll be right there”.
“The run couldn’t come quick enough I was bolting. As to the perfect draw I’ll take two again”.
In running second London To A Brick scraped in to make the Final.
