CHARLOTTETOWN, PE – Twin B Tuffenuff ($7.20) showed his class on a crisp Sunday afternoon at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park, taking the $5,100 Preferred Pace in race 11 in 1:54.2.

Gilles Barrieau put Twin B Tuffenuff ($7.20) on the point from post 2 and never looked back for trainer Ron Matheson and owner Patrick Morris of Charlottetown. The 10-year-old son of Rock N Roll Heaven prevailed over a late closing House Edge Hanover (Driven by Ken Murphy) with Bee Two Bee (Jason Hughes) closing up for the show spot.

TWIN B TUFFENUFF REPLAY

Driver Corey MacPherson scored a driving quadruple on the special Sunday presentation winning with Mr Rielly ($3.00) from his own barn in race 1, Moonwriter ($2.50) in race 2 in 1:58.2 for trainer Keith Ford, Five Star Dragon ($19.40) in 1:56.2 for trainer Vaughan Doyle in a Joyriders 2025 pace in race 7 and Race 8 with West Coast Kid ($4.80) in 1:57.2 for trainer Phil Kelly.

Race 5, sponsored by The Joyriders 2024, was won by Elroy Shiner ($6.20) in 1:56.2 with Brady Sweet at the controls for the Jeff Holmes stable.

Paul Langille doubled as a trainer-driver winning with Impeccable Shadow ($2.20) 1:55.2 and Malignity ($2.70) in 1:54.3 in the race 12 finale.

Adam Merner also scored a training and driving double as he clicked with Imalookertoo ($6.70) in 1:54.4 and Phil Dorleans ($4.00) in 1:57.1.
