All Bets Off monsters them in $226,575 pace

This seasons 37th running of the $226,575 Confederation Cup looked like a one horse race on paper and that's exactly what played out when the harness racing mobile went.

Limelight Beach led early from barrier six for Yannick Gingras but it wasn't long before Matt Kakaley worked the favourite All Bets Off to the front and from then on it was race over.

Bettorever and Corey Callahan rushed home late for second after looping the field on the last corner but the bird had already flown.

Big Boy Dreams battled into third just in front of Limelight Beach.

The disappointment of the race was Let's Drink On It who made a move mid race but was flat a long way out and finished second last.

All Bets Off paced the mile in 1:51.3 with closing sectionals of 56.8 and 29.1.

It was the 17th win for the son of Bettor's Delight from the Ron Burke stable and took his lifetime earnings over the $1,220,000 mark.
