The Christchurch Casino New Zealand Trotting Cup Day on November 14 will be the biggest entertainment line-up Addington has ever seen.
“We are excited to announce Mitch James, Theia and Moses Mackay, three extremely talented New Zealand Artists will be performing on our biggest racing day of the year” says Addington’s Business & Marketing Manager, Keryn McElroy.
The brilliant Mitch James who is a 2017 New Zealand Music Awards Best Pop Artist Finalist will be headlining the Lindauer Lawn Rooftop. “I'm super excited to play on the Lindauer Lawn on Cup Day for the first time” says Mitch. “It should be an absolute belter of a day and I look forward to playing some tunes in the sun and drinking some beautiful Lindauer. Fizzing”.
The striking Theia who is up for Single of the Year, People’s Choice Award and will be performing at the New Zealand Music Awards will be our headline act for the Public Village/General Admission Area. “I’m excited to be returning home to Christchurch to perform at Cup Day. It’s such a popular event and it’s great to be playing for a home crowd” says Theia.
Finally, Sol3 Mio's Moses Mackay will be singing the national anthem ‘a cappella style’, an extremely powerful performance that is not to be missed. “I’m looking forward to the New Zealand Trotting Cup Day and getting amongst it all” says Moses. “It'll be a fun day for all involved!!”
The Christchurch Casino New Zealand Trotting Cup Day is a celebration of racing, fashion, food, fun and of course entertainment.
