New Brunswick harness racing horsemen gathered on the weekend as a united group to hold a vigil in honor of the horses lost tragically in a fire in Ontario this past week.
Forty horses were lost in a fire in Ontario this past week and horsemen in New Brunswick united to show their support for their colleagues in Ontario. Debbie Mahar, a horse owner and organizer was extremely pleased with the support.
As always the horse racing fraternity came together as a united front in show of support for the lives lost and those affected by the tragedy.
