Jazz In Montreux, Mostra de Banville Groupe winners

Today’s Paris-Vincennes trotting action featured two Groupe III European tests. The Prix Djerid (monte Gr III  European, 90,000€ purse,  2700 meters,10 starters ages 6-11) saw 8.3/1 odds Jazz In Montreux (7g Akim du Cap Vert-Urganza) score in 1.11.7kr to record his 13th career harness racing victory for 519,350€ earned. P-Y Verva was the winning  jockey for trainer/owner  Gregory Thorel.

The 1.3/1 odds second favorite Impala de Val (8g Viking de Val) was a length back second for Benjamin Rochard and JP and Co with trainer P-E Mary. Third was 1.2/1 odds favorite Eros Zola (10g Zola Bolo) ridden by Alexandre Abrivard for trainer Thierry Duvaldestin for  C Kmk Advisory Aps.

Then the Prix de Riberac (Gr III European, 80,000€ purse, 2700 meters, nine four year old  female starters) was  on stage with victory to 2.5/1 odds Mostra de Banville (4f Hohneck-Color de Banville) handled by Clement Duvaldestin for owner Philiip Beauvisage and trainer Thierry D. Mostra now sports five career wins for 121,300€. Race time was 1.14.9kr.

Home second was 4.3/1 odds Mira de Froulay (4f Booster Winner)  with Matthieu Abrivard  up for Ecurie Du Roy and trainer J.P. Raffegeau. Third was 93/1 Marvina  Bella (4f The Best Madrik-Louvina  Bella) with Corentin Delbeco up for trainer Jocelyn Robert  followed by 30/1 odds  Moorea de Chanlecy (4f Orlando Vici) for Mathias Dujmic.

On the undercard in the Prix du Jura (75,000€ purse, 2100 meters autostart,14 starters ages 8-11) the 10/1 odds Hoche (9g Texas  Charm-Hematita) scored for Francais Jagadeuc in a quick 1.10.6kr.

This 16 time winner of 329,900€ is trained by Rodolphe Lagadeuc for  Ecurie Cheffreville. Ibiza  Bella (8f Bold Eagle) was second at 2.2/1odds for Antoine Wiels and owner/trainer J.P. Marmion.  Third was 6.7/1 Idole d’Ourville (8f Booster Winner) with Benjamin Rochard up for Emmanuel Varin the trainer/owner.
