Jett Propelled was just that with upset win

HARRINGTON, DE –  Bob Shahan’s Jett Propelled (Roddy`s Bags Again) was a fortuitous winner Monday at Harrington Raceway with a 1:54.3 triumph in the $18,000 Mares Open.

Sent off at 6-to-1, Jett Propelled ($15, Jason Thompson) took advantage of a miscue in deep stretch by leader Melody Hanover and surged to the lead for her 2^nd seasonal win, both have come at Harrington. Incaseyoudidntknow was second with Western Secret A placed third.

On the undercard, Andrew Glassmeyer’s Sweet Angel Boy ($3.80, Montrell Teague) was a 1:52.2 winner in the $14,500 winners-over pace.

Teague, the meet’s leading driver, won 4 races on the card. Jason Thompson had a double.
