Harness racing hits Winton again today with 10 races on the card. The racing starts at 11:30am and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Best Bet:  R5 Princess Sadie

Best Value:  R6 Indiana Arden

Race 1

Ginerva (6) Getting better with racing. Should run top three with manners. Top selection
Sure To Rise (7) Small field will help and should begin quickly. Stable respect. Needed
Blue Dragon (2) Gets a head start on favourites. One for longer odds in this from the draw

Race 2

Major Burns (7) Never far away and good chance in an even field. Has to be included
Mighty Miki (2) Has early speed to be one of the leaders and will be fitter. Include here
Heidsieck (6) Improver from his last start and slightly weaker field. Top three chance here

Race 3

Geraldine Clowers (9) Has been racing at Addington and easier here. Good run expected
Hez Blessed (5) Ok at trials and only needs manners to be a good winning chance on debut
Lady Whistledown (11) Tricky draw but ok  work at trials. Can sneak into the top three

Race 4

Superfast (3) Solid second last start and a winning chance from the draw. Include in this
Hazer (2) Has gate speed and goes well the track. Should give a good account at nice odds
Dragon Power (11) Out of form but an improver with a place chance at longer odds in this

Race 5

Princess Sadie (4) Easy win last start in a similar field. Top selection in this. Hard to beat
Mixed Faith (3) Had excuses last start and well placed here. Good each way chance
Aroha Kenny (6) Tidy win last start and good at her best. Win chance with a soft trip.

Race 6

Indiana Arden (2) Good against way tougher fields recently. Hard to beat against this lot
Mouton Cadet (9) Should get a soft pegs run handy. Winning claims with gaps. Include
Sporty Charlie (1) Due to show form and drawn well here. Driver change. Could surprise

Race 7

Durrant (1) Gets a head start on the favourites. Will need a good trip but could surprise
Remission (14) Tricky draw but should go close to placing in this with a cart into the race.
Jaccka Henry (12) Didn’t get all favours last start. Top three chance with a better trip

Race 8

Koko Kaboom (6) Big recovery last start and will be running on here. Manners needed
Our Pinocchio (7) Decent motor and good win last start. One of the better chances here
Superfast Ronnie (8) Freshened and good at his best. Winning claims with no mistakes

Race 9

Just Like Jagger (8) Wide draw but has gate speed. Hard to beat if she gets handy early
Always B Royal (1) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances
Raspalia (9) Tidy win last start. Will continue to improve and winning hope again here

Race 10

Bobbies Rock (8) Has raced better fields. Drawn wide but can lead from there. Needed
Southside Of Heaven (2) Top driver booked and better than most in this field. Respect
Always Be Bootie (1) Good finish last start and drawn to trail here. Can go close to winning
