Today’s Enghien-Soisy opening top flight trot was the  Prix de New York (purse 90,000€, 2150 meters autostart, 16 European starters ages 5-11)  where 4.1/1 odds Hubble du Vivier (8g Vulcain du Vivier-Minnie du Vivier-Defi d’Aunou) rallied for  a narrow 1.11.4kr timed harness racing victory reined by Jean Michel Bazire. Nicolas Bazire trains this 11 time career winner  of 406,900€  that Mario Xuereb owns and the late legand Jean Yves Lucuyer bred.

The 5/1 odds Ibiscus Man (7g  Booster Winner-Cathy Woman) was second with trainer Romain Christian Larue driving for Daniel Larue. Unico Broline (9g Cantab Hall-Notre Histoire) was third at 2.7/1 odds driven by Paul Philippe Poquin for conditioner Thierry Duvaldestin. Harley Gema at 16/1 and 7.1/1 odds Igrec de Celland completed the top five.

In the Prix de la Porte de la Plaine (purse 62,000€, 2875 meters, 16 European four year old open starters) JMB again won driving 9/10 odds favorite Lord du Guez (4m Face Time Bourbon-Elle Vient du Gers) scored for Jean Michel Bazire timed in 1.14.2kr.

Ecurie  J.M. Rancoule owns this Nicolas Bazire trainee that Marie Brigitte Anty bred. He now has five career victories for 122,760€. The 13/1 Lutin de Reux (4m Face Time Bourbon-Et Si Seulement) was second driven by Alexandre Abrivard for Yannick Desmet who owns the L.C. Abrivard trainee, followed by 8.9/1 odds third finishing Funky Roc (4m Nad Al Sheba-Galantine) with Matthieu Abrivard up for trainer Filippo Rocca and owner SS Eusebio Snc. Lolita Bourbon (4f Orlando Vici) and Lord de Loiron (4m Royal Dream)  completed  the first five.

Next was the Prix de Levet (purse 60,000€, 2875 meters, 16 five year old starters) where Krackmania (5f Uniclove-Trackmania-Goetmals  Wood )was the 88/1 odds rallying winner timed in 1.13.4kr.

Trainer Pierre Vercruysse teamed the Ecurie Augustin-Normand owned winner to her fifth career victory for 153,920€. She is 2-0-2 in her last five appearances. Kaline du Locheur (5f Doberman) earned second at 7.4/1 odds for owner/trainer/driver Didier Brohier, followed by 16/1  Karma (5m Prodigious) with Thomas Levesque aboard for owner/trainer Pierre Levesque. Kaiser (5g Doberman) and Kool And The Gang (5m Ready Cash) earned checks four and five.

Last night at Paris-Vincennes the Prix Perseus (monte, purse 90,000€, 2850 meters, nine European starters ages 6-11) saw 6/10 odds favorite Impala de Val (7g  Viking de Val-Axelle du Noyer-Gobernator) score handily timed in 1.11.9kr.

Benjamin  Rochard was the winning jockey for trainer P.E. Mary  and Ecurie JP and Co. Impala has 20 career wins for 512,040€. Finishing second was 4.1/1 Jazz in Montreux (6g Akim de Cap Vert-Organza) with P.Y. Verva aboard for Gregory Thorel and Ecurie La Pinsonniere. The 10/1 odds Heden Cruz (8g Apprenti Sorcier) was a distant third ridden by Tamara Mathias-Maisonnette followed by 33/1 Gold Voice and 41/1 Good Girl Marceaux, this  pair sired by Jag de Bellouet.
