Carpendale wins Gran Premio Presidente Della

Carpendale (4m Maharajah-Lumirnra-Gigant Neo) captured the Gr. III  Gran Premio Presidente Della (purse 25,300€, 2060 meters, four year old open starters) at Trieste Montebello timed in 1.14.1kr.

Off at 1.68/1 odds the Roberto Vecchione reined winner is trained by Robert Gramuller for Florian Marcusien. Flash NP (4m Owen CR-Liza-Indro Park) rallied  for second at 4.5/1odds driven by Fabio Piscayne followed by 6.47/1 odds Fragola Di No (4f Nad Al Sheba-One Way-Pine Chip) handled by Marco Stefanoi. Fascink Luis (4f  Napoleon Bar) was fourth for driver Crescenzo Maione.

Ahead  in Europe  is the Kymi Grand Prix at Kouvala that includes  Borups Victory,  Massino Hoist, Banderas  Bi and Diva EK in a 10 horse lineup. Also on tap is the Norbottens  Stora  Prix at Boden. That 10 horse field will  include Don Fanucci Zet, Working Class Hero, The Locomotive  and High On Pepper.
