Harness racing hits Addington again today with 10 races on the card. The racing starts at 5:05pm and we highlight some specials and value runners we think can give you a run for your money on a good night of racing.

Race 1

The Lazarus Effect (2) Unbeaten and can remain that way if he can dominate form the front.
Spirit Of Anarchy (6) Small field will help and should begin quickly. Stable respect. Needed
Wild Willow (7) Getting better with racing and slight drop in class here. Good chance in this

Race 2

Billy Kimber (7) Did too much work last start and easier here. Top selection in this field
Viva La Vida (4) Freshened and has some good speed Manners the key and can upset.
A Reason To Fight (5) Improver from her last start and good beginner. Top three chance here

Race 3

Christies Art (3) Better draw for this and stable in form. Good run expected and top selection
Scotlynn Crunch (1) Ok last start and a threat to the favourite with a good run in transit
Crystal (4) Good effort last start and better draw. Can sneak into the top three again here

Race 4

One Eye Bandit (7) Wide draw but has been impressive at trials. Hard to hold out here
Street Fighter (4) Has gate speed and goes well the track. Should give a good account
Smoking Ashes (3) No form but a big improver with top three claims with a soft trip here

Race 5

Major Cyclone (3) Battled on last start in a stronger field. look for an improved run tonight
Royal Del (6) Didn’t kick on as well as he can last start and well placed here. Good EW chance
Major Doosie (4) Freshened and had good form before a spell. Trialed ok and not the worst in this

Race 6

Cheer The Captain (8) Good against an easier field last start. Rise in grade no issue. Needed
Celestial Sea (4) Should get a soft run handy. Looked good winning here last start. Go again
Social Distancing (5) Gate speed to lead and place hopes with a trail in the race. Driver change.

Race 7

Akatea (5) Starting to build a good form line. Big win last start and can go on with it here
Francent (7) Tricky draw but should go close to placing in this. Winning claims with the right trip
Esmarelda (6) In good form and should get a good run near the speed. Top three chance again

Race 8

Wilma’s Boy (6) Big win fresh and likely to be improved. Mobile helps and can go back to back
Cormoran Strike (5) Decent motor and is drawn well here. One of the better chances at longer odds
Father Time (9) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope but wide draw

Race 9

Major Hipster (4) Stand start stats good and hard to beat if he can find the front. Top selection
Major Torque (2) Decent motor and is drawn well. One of the better chances and top driver booked
The Coalman (11) Disappointing last start. Will continue to improve and place hope at longer odds

Race 10

Captain Christian (10) Easy win last start and has a reputation. Drawn badly but can overcome it
Delightful Dreams (9) Wide draw but better than most in this field. Chance at longer odds with luck
Mouton Cadet (3) Out of form but can finish well if the pace is on. Upset claims with a hot pace
